Try 'adb kill-server' if that seems wrong.
Otherwise check for a confirmation dialog on your device.
위 에러는 Andoroid Device에서 USB Debugging을 허용하지 않았을 때에 발생합니다.

설정 > 개발자 옵션 > USB 디버깅 허용
or
기기의 usb 연결을 뺏다가 다시 연결하면 화면에 usb debuggig 허용을 물어봅니다.
